Tinkrr Bitcoin Mempool Congestion Intelligence & RBF Timing Signal

Use this endpoint when you need Bitcoin mempool congestion intelligence and RBF timing guidance specifically — i.e., when a transaction is stuck and you need to decide whether to Replace-By-Fee bump it. This is distinct from the fee forecast endpoint (which gives next-block/30-min/1-hr fee estimates) and the AML risk endpoint (which scores addresses). Choose this when the focus is mempool queue depth and RBF action timing rather than just fee rates.

• Upstream mempool data source unavailable — service may return 503 or stale data
• Payment not processed (x402 payment required) — returns 402 if payment header is missing
• Rate limit exceeded — returns 429 if too many calls in a short window
• Transient network error on Cloudflare Worker — intermittent 5xx responses
