Side effects
- Invalid limit value (outside 1-200 range) returns a 400 error
- Unknown window value returns a 400 validation error
- Payment not provided or insufficient causes a 402 Payment Required response
- Replica lag spikes may cause stale data_as_of timestamps
- If dYdX indexer is behind, block height may lag real-time state
