Side effects
- Invalid or malformed wallet address format returns an error (EVM must be 0x + 40 hex chars, Solana must be 32-44 base58 chars)
- Unsupported chain value outside the allowed enum returns a validation error
- OFAC oracle unavailable may degrade EVM screening results
- GoPlus API outage may reduce soft/hard flag coverage
