Side effects
- Invalid 'chain' value returns empty entries or an error response
- Limit out of range (below 1 or above 500) triggers a validation error
- Payment not received results in HTTP 402 response requiring USDC payment
- Network or upstream availability issues may return a non-ok status
- Empty entries array returned if no obituaries exist for the requested chain
