Create an email validation job from a JSON list of addresses or CSV text (send exactly one). Poll its status, then fetch results as JSON or CSV. Billing counts only testable addresses, fixed at creation; unreachable, disposable and typo domains are free.
Output
Returns a job object with a unique job ID that can be polled for status. Once complete, results are available as JSON or CSV and include per-address verdicts indicating whether each email is valid/deliverable, unreachable, from a disposable domain, or contains a typo domain. Billing is fixed at job creation and only counts testable addresses; disposable, typo, and unreachable addresses are free.

Side effects
- Both emails and csv_text provided simultaneously — API expects exactly one input type
- Neither emails nor csv_text provided — request will fail validation
- Malformed email format in the array — individual addresses may be flagged or cause job creation failure
