Side effects
- No results found for the given filter combination — returns empty tweet list
- Invalid date format for since/until parameters — returns 400 error
- Missing required search parameter (at least one of words, phrase, any_words, hashtags, from, to, mentioning, search_query) — returns 400 error
- Invalid cursor value causes pagination failure
- Rate limiting or payment failure returns 402 or 429 error
- Extremely restrictive filter combinations (e.g. very high min_likes with rare keywords) yield zero results
