Side effects
- No results found if the secured party name doesn't fuzzy-match any filer in the state index
- State not supported — currently only CT is available in the enum, other state codes will be rejected
- Rate limiting or payment failure (x402 micropayment not processed)
- Ambiguous creditor name matching multiple entities may return mixed results
- State UCC index may have processing lag, so very recent filings might not appear
