Side effects
- Invalid ISO 8601 timestamp in 'since' parameter returns a 400 error
- Limit value outside 1–500 range returns a validation error
- No new listings since the given timestamp returns count:0 with an empty listings array
- Payment not included or insufficient USDC results in a 402 Payment Required response
- Unknown make string returns empty results rather than an error
