How this service works
Convert a value between units — length, mass, volume, temperature, area, speed, pressure, energy, power, digital storage, time, angle, frequency and more. Unknown units or a conversion between incompatible measures (e.g. kg → km) are rejected as a clean 400.
Output
The API returns the converted numeric result corresponding to the input value expressed in the target unit, allowing the agent to present the converted measurement directly to the user.

Side effects
- Unrecognized or misspelled unit abbreviation (e.g. 'kilometre' instead of 'km') may return an error
- Incompatible unit types (e.g. converting km to kg) will result in a conversion error
- Missing required fields (value, from, or to) will return a validation error
- Extremely large or small numeric values may cause precision issues
