Returns a 0-100 numeric risk score and a categorical verdict (low/medium/high risk), along with the specific signals that drove the score: domain age from RDAP, registrar identity, expiry date, registry status flags, DNS A/AAAA resolvability, MX record presence, and DNSSEC configuration.
