Use this endpoint when you need a fast, cheap ($0.001) top-level conviction label before committing to a deeper evaluation. It is ideal for filtering a watchlist or doing a first-pass triage on trade ideas. If you need the detailed evidence, comparable trades, or full trade history, use the evaluate or evidence sibling routes instead.
Side effects
- Unknown or unsupported ticker returns UNKNOWN label or error
- Invalid direction enum value causes 400 bad request
- Horizon value outside allowed enum (4 or 24) causes validation error
- Live engine data temporarily unavailable may return stale or UNKNOWN signal
- Payment not processed or insufficient USDC balance results in 402 payment required
