Get paginated billing usage data for the authenticated user. NOTE: This is a beta endpoint and may be subject to change.

Returns an array of billing usage entries, each containing SKU, notes, units consumed, amount charged, currency (USD/VCU/DIEM/BUNDLED_CREDITS), timestamp, price per unit in USD, and optional inference details (requestId, promptTokens, completionTokens, executionTime). Also returns pagination metadata including current page, limit, total records, and total pages.

- Page or limit below minimum (0) returns validation error
- Invalid currency enum value returns 400
- Unauthenticated request returns 401
- Rate limit exceeded returns 429
- Beta endpoint may return unexpected schema changes or 5xx errors
