A fulfilled evidence pack containing a direct answer string, an array of 3–10 validated source objects (each with title, URL, snippet, and publication/update timestamps), an evidence block confirming source count and validation status, a freshness block indicating whether the freshness requirement was met and the newest source timestamp, a UUID request ID, and a fulfillment timestamp.
