How this service works
Before buying from a store you have never used, ask whether it can even ship to your buyer. Most storefronts serve one country: Allbirds and Gymshark publish shipping to exactly one destination, Kith to 197. Vortex reads the shipping zones, currency and accepted cards each store publishes about itself and answers reaches, cannot_reach or unknown, with the reasons. US$1.00 of prepaid credit, about 500 checks, debited off-chain.
Output
Returns a structured verdict of 'reaches', 'cannot_reach', or 'unknown' for the target store-to-destination pair, accompanied by the specific reasons drawn from the store's published shipping zones, supported currencies, and accepted card types. This lets an agent make a go/no-go decision before attempting a purchase.

It is especially valuable in dropshipping pipelines, cross-border shopping agents, or marketplace bots where the seller's shipping coverage is unknown. Prefer it over manually scraping store pages when you need a structured reaches/cannot_reach/unknown verdict with reasons rather than raw HTML.
Side effects
- Store does not publicly expose shipping zone data, returning 'unknown' verdict
- Storefront is geo-blocked or rate-limits crawling, preventing zone retrieval
