Side effects
- Invalid or unknown propertyId returns empty data array or error
- Requested sources not supported returns partial or empty results
- Property no longer listed on a source returns that source missing from response
- Network timeout to upstream booking platform causes incomplete price data
- Payment failure via x402 protocol results in 402 response before data is returned
