Wisconsin Facial Fracture Criteria Calculator (Sitzman 2011) is a paid API for AI agents from api.magentlab.com, paid per call via x402, $0.005/call, status unknown (last checked 2026-09-15).
Evaluates five caller-assigned clinical findings against the 2011 Wisconsin criteria to determine if a patient meets criteria for facial fracture workup.
Sitzman 2011 Wisconsin Criteria. Meets criteria if any one of five caller-assigned findings is true: bony step-off or instability, periorbital swelling or contusion, GCS < 14, malocclusion, or tooth absence. All five false does not meet. Returns meets_criteria and criteria_present (0–5). Not a diagnosis, not an imaging order, and not NEXUS, PECARN head, or Canadian CT Head. magent does not examine the face or assign GCS.
Returns a JSON object with meets_criteria (boolean indicating whether any of the five findings are true) and criteria_present (integer from 0–5 counting how many findings were flagged true by the caller).
GEThttps://api.magentlab.com/api/calc/wisconsin_criteriaUse this endpoint when you need to apply the Sitzman 2011 Wisconsin Criteria rule specifically, as opposed to NEXUS, PECARN head, or Canadian CT Head rules. Prefer this for adult facial trauma triage when five discrete clinical findings have already been assessed by a clinician and you need the criteria logic applied programmatically. Not appropriate for pediatric head trauma (use PECARN) or general trauma (use NEXUS).
