Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent list ID returns an error status code and message
- List ID of 0 or negative number rejected by schema validation
- List still processing returns status indicating incomplete state with null finished_at
- Authorization failure if the list belongs to a different account
- Network timeout if the Wiza API is temporarily unavailable
