Use this endpoint after successfully uploading app assets (images, PDFs, CSS, JS) via presigned upload URLs on MiniUp. This is the mandatory finalization step that commits those uploads to the app manifest — without calling this, uploaded assets will not be associated with the app. Choose this over other MiniUp endpoints when you have completed the upload phase and need to make the assets live.

- Invalid or unknown siteId returns 404 not found
- Assets not yet fully uploaded result in finalization failure
- Wallet authorization mismatch returns 403 forbidden
- Malformed request body returns 400 bad request
- Payment not provided or insufficient USDC returns 402 payment required
