Use this endpoint when you specifically need drug and pharmaceutical recall data pre-filtered from the broader /v1/recalls endpoint, saving you the step of category-filtering client-side. Prefer this over general recall endpoints when your agent workflow is pharmaceutical- or medication-focused. Ideal for compliance monitoring, patient safety checks, pharmacy inventory audits, or healthcare journalism workflows where only drug recalls are relevant.

• No recalls found matching query or date range — returns empty list
• Invalid date format for 'since' parameter — returns validation error
• Query string too short (< 2 chars) or too long (> 120 chars) — returns validation error
• limit out of range (< 1 or > 50) — returns validation error
• Payment failure (x402 protocol) — returns 402 if USDC not provided
• Upstream data source temporarily unavailable — may return 5xx
