How this service works
Add credits to an existing agent without changing their subscriptions. x402 USDC on Base. If agent doesn't exist yet, creates it (webhook_url required for webhook mode; delivery_mode='sse' skips URL requirement). Auto-reactivates any subscriptions paused due to balance depletion. Also switches delivery_mode if a new value is supplied. ?amount=<USD> (default 1).
Output
Returns the updated agent record including current credit balance, delivery mode, and subscription statuses (including any that were auto-reactivated from paused state).

Side effects
- Missing webhook_url when delivery_mode is 'webhook' — agent creation fails requiring URL
- Invalid delivery_mode value — returns validation error
- Insufficient USDC payment — payment rejected before credits are applied
- Agent not found and required fields missing for creation — returns 400
- x402 payment not included or malformed — 402 Payment Required returned
