Reference for x402 sellers and clients: each network's CAIP-2 id, v1 name, chain id, USDC contract, decimals, the EIP-712 domain name and version its USDC signs over (read from the contracts), and explorer. Pass network to get one.

Returns an array of network objects, each containing: CAIP-2 network ID (e.g. eip155:8453), human-readable name, USDC contract address, EIP-712 domain name and version (read from the contract), chain ID, decimal precision (6), testnet boolean, and block explorer URL. If a specific network query parameter is passed, returns only that network's data.
