Side effects
- HTTP 402 returned if payment is not included or the x402 payment token is invalid — includes EIP-3009 payment extras in the response for retry
- Invalid or malformed URL input may return an error or empty trace
- Target URL may be unreachable or time out, returning a network error
- Redirect loop detected may cause early termination of trace
- Facilitator other than OpenX402 will not be accepted
