Output
Returns a binary image (PNG or JPEG) of the rendered webpage at the requested dimensions. The response is the raw image data, not a URL. The image reflects the page state at the specified wait_until event (e.g. networkidle2 means all network activity has settled before capture).

Side effects
- URL is unreachable or returns a non-2xx status — capture may fail or return a blank/error page
- Private or localhost URLs will not be accessible from the server
- Very long pages with full_page=true may timeout or exceed memory limits
- Invalid URL format returns a validation error
- JPEG quality parameter is ignored when format is PNG
- Extremely high resolutions (near max 3840x2160) may increase latency or fail
