How this service works
68 paid x402 trust infrastructure APIs: guard, semantic escrow, mandate diff, certified seller network, KYM, mandates, compliance, disputes, and orchestration.
Output
Returns a JSON object with session close confirmation including: session ID, agent ID, chain (e.g. Polygon), calls used vs planned, estimated total USDC owed, facilitator URL and docs link, confidence score (0–1), a list of checks passed, a savings note, next steps for on-chain settlement, and a human-readable recommendation to settle via the facilitator.
Example use cases
Example prompt
“Close my x402 MPP session 'mpp_example' for agent 'agent-mpp-usdc-test-042' using an HTTP GET action and give me the settlement details so the facilitator can settle the total USDC on Polygon.”
Technical details
Endpoint
POSThttps://x402trustlayer.xyz/api/mpp/session?utm_source=zero.xyzWhen to prefer
Use this endpoint when you need to formally close an x402 MPP (multi-payment protocol) session and retrieve structured settlement metadata so a facilitator can execute the aggregate USDC payment on-chain. Prefer this over individual per-call payment endpoints when your agent has completed a batch of API calls and wants to settle once, reducing gas costs. Ideal when working within the x402 trust infrastructure ecosystem using the Dexter Cash facilitator on Polygon.
Side effects
- Invalid or expired session ID returns error with no settlement data
- Missing required 'type' or 'method' fields returns schema validation error
- Unsupported HTTP method (e.g. POST instead of GET/HEAD/DELETE) returns 422
- Session already closed may return idempotent close or conflict error
- Payment not authorized (x402 payment header missing or invalid) returns 402
- Network or facilitator unreachable results in timeout or 503
