Side effects
- Invalid or unreachable URL provided — returns error if the target URL cannot be fetched
- Both json and url provided simultaneously — schema only allows one at a time
- Malformed JSON body — returns 400 if the object structure is invalid
- Payment failure — returns HTTP 402 if USDC micropayment is not included or insufficient
- IPFS node unavailable — transient pinning failure if the underlying IPFS infrastructure is unreachable
