Side effects
- URL is unreachable or returns an error — screenshot fails with a network/fetch error
- CSS selector does not match any element — returns empty or error response
- Delay exceeds 5000ms maximum — request rejected or clamped
- Invalid URL format — validation error returned
- Payment not processed via x402 — 402 Payment Required response blocks the call
