Output
Returns a list of stablecoins (up to the specified limit or full set) each with: current price, deviation from $1.00, a boolean depeg flag based on the threshold, 1-day supply change percentage, and 7-day supply change percentage. Only stablecoins above the circulating supply floor are included.
