How this service works
Create a capped Spark spend pot. Fund from any chain, land USDB, agent can only spend what is in the pot. Promoters: pass ?ref=your-id to earn 30 of 50 bps (80% after Flashnet). Register at POST /affiliates.
Output
Returns a Spark pot address (and one-time seed if newly created), deposit instructions, and funding details. The pot holds USDB and caps the agent's spending to the deposited amount. If a new Spark address is generated, the seed phrase is returned once and must be stored securely.
