Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent subscription_id returns a 404 not found error
- Missing subscription_id parameter causes a 400 bad request
- Expired or revoked authentication returns a 401 unauthorized error
- Payment not provided or insufficient USDC balance causes a 402 payment required response
- Rate limiting may return a 429 too many requests error
