GET /v1/decisions/{token}

Use this endpoint when you need to retrieve a specific decision record by its unique token, such as checking the status or details of a previously submitted project decision, change order approval, or estimate review within the zero-plan-cost construction estimation system.

• Token not found — 404 if the decision token does not exist
• Invalid token format — 400 if the token is malformed
• Unauthorized — 401 or 403 if the caller lacks permission to view the decision
• Expired token — decision may no longer be accessible if the token has expired
