Returns a JSON object with a meta block (run time in ms, settlement status, item count) and a results array. Each result includes: the query language, a boolean indicating whether an AI overview was found, the model used, the full query string, a human-readable summary, a checkedAt timestamp, an array of cited URLs, an array of cited domains, the answer snippet, and token usage (prompt and completion tokens).
