Side effects
- No candidates found for a misspelled or obscure name — returns empty list
- Ambiguous name with many matches returns a long list requiring further filtering by state or firm
- State code not recognized — may return error or unfiltered results
- Firm name variation (abbreviations, DBA names) may not match registered legal name
