Side effects
- URL is unreachable or returns a non-200 status — status field reflects the HTTP error code
- Page is JavaScript-rendered — content will be incomplete or empty since only static HTML is parsed
- URL parameter is missing — returns a 400-level validation error
- Page is very large — source may be truncated (source_truncated: true)
- Redirect loops or excessive redirects may cause failure
