How this service works
Scheduled callbacks: have any https URL called at a set time (1 minute to 30 days ahead, fired within a few minutes of it) with your method, headers and body, so an agent can wake itself up later. Retries up to 3 times; check status with the id. Also callable as GET with the same fields as query parameters.
Output
Returns a schedule ID and confirmation of the scheduled callback, including the target URL, method, and scheduled time. When checking status by ID, returns the current state (pending, fired, failed), retry count, and delivery details.

Preferred over local timers when the agent runtime may shut down between invocations, or when automatic retry on failure is needed.
