How this service works
Grab still frames from a video: one frame at a given time, or up to 10 evenly spaced frames for a storyboard. JPEG, PNG or WebP, width 64-1920 px. Also callable as GET with the same fields as query parameters.
Output
Returns one or more still frames extracted from the video as base64-encoded images (JPEG, PNG, or WebP) at the requested width. If the output exceeds 3 MB or the store flag is set, returns 7-day hosted share links instead of raw base64. For a single frame with format=binary, returns raw file bytes.

Side effects
- Video URL not reachable or exceeds 20 MB limit — request fails
- Invalid timestamp format (not seconds or hh:mm:ss) causes parse error
