Use this endpoint after calling the ICP Builder or Company Lookalikes endpoints, which return a job_id immediately for async processing. This is the correct way to retrieve their results once the job completes. Since it is free and idempotent, it can be polled repeatedly without cost.
Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent job_id returns an error or empty response
- Wrong type parameter (icp vs lookalike mismatch) may return incorrect or empty results
- Job still in progress returns a non-complete status with empty results array
- Network timeout on the polling call
- Expired job IDs may return a not-found error
