Prefer this over calling the actual video generation endpoint when cost transparency or approval gates are required.
Side effects
- Missing required 'option' field returns 422 validation error
- Invalid app_name value returns 422 unprocessable entity
- Quantity outside 1-4 range returns 422 validation error
- Unknown or unsupported option for the given app_name may return 400 or 422
- Network timeout if the pricing service is temporarily unavailable
