Only advances the cursor when a change is reported.

Use this endpoint when you need to continuously poll a token for changes in a loop without re-processing unchanged data — it efficiently returns only deltas since your last call via cursor, saving compute and cost. Prefer it over token-verdict or token-security when building monitoring agents or trading bots that need incremental alerts on grade downgrades, honeypot emergence, liquidity pulls, or risk flag changes, rather than a full one-shot safety report.
Side effects
- Invalid or unrecognized token contract address — returns error
- Chain not supported or mismatch with token type — returns error
- Stale or invalid cursor provided — may reset to first-check behavior
- On-chain RPC unavailable — may return error or degraded data
- Token has no on-chain liquidity data — holder_count and top10_holders_pct may be null
- Price move threshold below minimum of 1 — clamped or rejected
