How this service works
Ask a watch what changed ($0.01). Pass the ticket from /v1/watch/start. Compares the token now with the last poll and returns plain-language alerts, if any. Not charged if the market data is unavailable or the watch has expired.
Output
Returns a JSON object with an 'active' boolean indicating whether the watch session is still live, an 'alerts' array containing plain-language safety alert strings describing what changed since the last poll (empty if nothing changed), and an 'expires_at' Unix timestamp for when the watch session expires. No charge is applied if market data is unavailable or the watch has expired.
