Use this endpoint as the starting point of any remediation or triage workflow when you need a grouped, prioritised view of all detected errors across your organisation. Prefer this over raw trace or log search when you want aggregated error signatures rather than individual span data, and when you need to understand which recurring problems are most impactful.
Side effects
- No problems match the filter criteria — returns an empty array
- Invalid status enum value (must be open, acknowledged, or resolved) — returns a 400 error
- Invalid or missing authentication credentials — returns a 401 or 402 payment required error
- Service name not recognised — may return empty results
- Limit parameter out of acceptable range — may return a 400 validation error
