Prefer this over generic image-to-SVG tools when CNC-ready DXF output or icon set generation is needed. Best for logos, icons, illustrations, and stickers rather than photographic scenes with complex gradients.
Side effects
- Image URL not reachable or returns non-image content — request fails with an error
- Image exceeds 10 MB limit — rejected with a size error
- Unsupported image format (e.g. TIFF, BMP) — returns format error
- Invalid base64 or malformed data URI — parsing error returned
- Requested output format string is invalid or misspelled — may silently omit that format or return error
- Very low-contrast or noisy images may produce poor vector traces regardless of detail setting
