Tool Scout - Find a tool on OpenSea's registry that actually works, and skip the thousands that don't.
Output
Returns a list of matching tools from the registry, each including the tool name, description, tags, price, and whether it has been proven through actual paid usage. Results are filtered by the provenOnly flag and maxPriceUsd if provided, and limited to the specified count.

Prefer it over manually curated lists when the task domain is niche or evolving, and when cost constraints are important.
Side effects
- No tools found matching the task description — try broader or different keywords
- provenOnly=true filters out all results for niche tasks with no usage history
- maxPriceUsd set too low eliminates all matching tools
- task string too long (over 200 characters) causes validation error
- Registry may have stale or outdated tool listings
