Query: sku (e.g. Standard_D2s_v5) or service (e.g. Virtual Machines) + optional region (eastus), os (linux|windows), spot=1, limit. Returns hourly and monthly USD, region, meter. Cached 6h. $0.05 per call.
Output
A JSON object containing a 'cheapest' array of results, each with SKU name, region, hourly USD price, and monthly USD price, sorted ascending by cost. Up to the requested limit of results are returned. Data is cached for 6 hours from the official Azure Retail Prices API.
