How this service works
Reverse BIC / SWIFT code lookup: given a BIC, return the resolved bank name(s), the country and the domestic bank codes. Offline open-registry data (schwifty, MIT); no network or keys. A malformed BIC returns valid false with an error_type, never a 500.
Output
Returns the bank name(s) associated with the BIC, the country, and any domestic bank codes. If the BIC is malformed or not found, returns valid: false with an error_type field rather than an error status code.

Side effects
