Use this endpoint when you need the full event log history for a specific contract or wallet address on a supported EVM chain, especially when you want decoded event data, address metadata (ENS names, tags, verification), and cross-chain flexibility via Blockscout's multichain infrastructure. Prefer this over generic RPC eth_getLogs calls when you also need enriched address metadata alongside raw log data.
Side effects
- Invalid or malformed address_hash_param returns an error or empty result
