Returns a JSON object with four sections: CEIS (National Registry of Ineligible and Suspended Companies), CNEP (National Registry of Punished Companies), CEPIM (Federal Entities Private Registry), and Leniency Agreements. Each section includes a list of sanction records with details such as sanction code, type, start/end dates, sanctioning body (including state and sphere), legal basis, fine amount (where applicable), process number, publication date, and company identifiers (CNPJ, corporate name, trade name). Total counts per registry are also returned.

Side effects
- Invalid or malformed CNPJ — API returns an error if the document does not conform to CNPJ format (14 digits, with or without punctuation)
- CPF (individual person document) submitted — endpoint only accepts CNPJ (legal entities); CPF inputs are explicitly rejected
- CNPJ not found in any registry — returns empty lists with total counts of zero
- Payment failure via x402 — if USDC payment is not settled, the call is rejected before querying
- Upstream Brazilian government portal unavailable — may result in timeout or error response
- Rate limiting or payment protocol errors from x402 facilitator
