Output
Returns a per-URL breakdown including up/down status, HTTP status code, response latency in milliseconds, redirect count, and the final resolved URL after any redirects. Also returns aggregate totals of how many URLs are up versus down across the batch.

Side effects
- URL list exceeds 20 items — only first 20 may be processed or request rejected
- Unreachable or malformed URLs may return error status rather than HTTP code
- Timeouts on slow-responding servers may report as down even if temporarily slow
- Non-HTTP/HTTPS URLs may not be supported
- Rate limiting if too many calls made in rapid succession
