Use this endpoint when you have a prior CDO passport or signed receipt for a Brazilian company and need to know whether anything material has changed — for example, before renewing a vendor contract, before a periodic KYB review cycle, or when a compliance trigger requires re-verification. Prefer this over the initial decision endpoint when a passport_id already exists, since it provides a domain-level diff (changed vs unchanged) alongside the fresh decision. Note: this is a full recomputation at a flat price, not a cheap incremental delta engine.
Side effects
- CNPJ is in CPF format (11-digit personal ID) — rejected by policy
- Invalid CNPJ format or length — must be 11-20 characters matching digit/punctuation pattern
- Unrecognized passport_id — prior assessment not found
- Payment not received or insufficient USDC — x402 payment required at $0.01
