It is distinct from the 'structured recent releases' sibling endpoint in that it surfaces all detected mutation events, not just clean release records. Prefer it when monitoring for breaking changes or auditing the changelog mutation timeline.
Side effects
- Invalid or unrecognized vendor slug returns a 404 or empty result set
- Malformed 'since' datetime string causes a 400 validation error
- Requesting limit > 200 is rejected by schema validation
- Payment not completed (x402 flow incomplete) results in a 402 Payment Required response
- No changes found for the given filters returns an empty array rather than an error
