It is especially useful when the agent is coordinating multi-step automations and needs to notify or invoke external systems (CRMs, CI/CD pipelines, Zapier, Slack, etc.) on a pay-per-use basis settled in USDC on Base.
Side effects
- Target URL is unreachable or returns a non-2xx status — reflected in response body
